Nashik Metropolitan Region Authority (NMRDA) is the Planning and Development Authority for the Nashik Metropolitan Region with an outlook towards channelizing growth in a strategic and orderly manner.

It is reckoned as Pilgrimage & Heritage City, also educational center providing skilled manpower & talent to several industries / sectors. Also renowned as wine capital of India and tourist attraction transcending the boundaries of the states and the country, it has rapidly growth into contemporary industrial hub and is identified today as a growing metropolis with tremendous potential.
